Gladiolus Preserve

Gladiolus Preserve

Gladiolus Preserve is a private gated community in south Lee County. Location, location, location…Gladiolus Preserve is only minutes from Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands and just down the street from Florida Health Park Hospital and one of the newest and largest county libraries.

Our neighborhood is a quiet and close knit community. With sidewalks and amenities that include a clubhouse, community pool, children’s playground and a 17 acre lake with great fishing. Gladiolus Preserve is also flanked on one side by a natural preserve.

We think our neighborhood is a great place to live. Feel free to browse our web site and maybe one day, you too, can enjoy our wonderful neighborhood.
